About

Born in Germany during his family’s military service, Richard grew up around the lakes of Winter Haven, Florida and later in Lowell, Massachusetts.

During the Vietnam War, Richard served with the U.S. Navy’s Seventh Fleet headquartered in Yokosuka, Japan.

After Military Service, he trained with the Civil Service in Yokosuka in Custom Color Printing and Film Processing, working his way to Production Manager of the Color Department.

He returned home after several years abroad, set up and managed photo labs in Fort Lauderdale, San Diego, and Miami before accepting a teaching job at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

Richard together with his wife Nicole, opened their photography business in 1983. They are honored to be working with long standing clients.  Richard loves to create and his clients appreciate his vision and attention to detail.  Client confidentiality is paramount and is especially required with prototype product work. He works with an excellent team and appreciates their dedication and hard work on every project.

Richard is a loving dad to four grown sons. Three loyal rescue dogs and a cat live with him and his wife in happy chaos. He enjoys golf, fishing and always being near the Atlantic Ocean with family and dear friends.
